Lemon Squeezy handles credit sales and payments as Merchant of Record; the tax, invoicing and payment terms shown at checkout also apply.

Your purchased service credits

Packages provide application credits for OCR, transliteration and translation of publications. Adding credits does not start document processing. Credits do not expire, cannot be transferred to another account, used for money transfers or withdrawn as cash. Refund rights are preserved.

The job scope and credit cost are shown before it starts. Unused credits reserved for the job are released. Bonus credits are included in the package total and have no separate cash value.

Upload only books, articles, writings and similar publications that you are authorised to upload and process using OCR, transliteration, translation and APIs.

Identity documents, medical reports, bank statements, personal or organisational invoices and private financial documents, personnel files, private correspondence and confidential content must not be uploaded. Sensitive personal data, professional and state secrets, and payment card or authentication secrets are also excluded. Including these materials in a publication does not make uploading them permissible.

Price and delivery

Package prices are in USD before tax. Lemon Squeezy shows taxes and the final total based on your country and billing details before final payment confirmation. Your bank may apply its own exchange or transaction fees. There are no subscriptions or automatic renewals.

Package credits are added after server-side payment verification. Returning to the app alone is not proof of payment. If a charge appears without credits, contact support with your order number before paying again. Test payments do not provide spendable credits.

Refunds and service quality

You may request a full refund for an unused package within 14 days of purchase. Requests are reviewed against usage and payment records. Partial use, partial refunds, service defects and duplicate charges are reviewed individually; mandatory legal rights are not limited by this period.
