Help and support
A short guide from uploading your document to downloading the result.
How do I create my first work?
Use Upload new work to add your files. Check the pages, choose an operation, review the cost on the confirmation screen, and start.
Start →Can I close the page while processing?
Yes. Processing continues on the server, and you can follow its status in the library. Resume a paused job using Continue on the work page.
How do I review and save the result?
Open your work and enter the text editor. Compare it with the source, make corrections, and press Save. Download Word or Markdown output after the status shows Saved.
Automatic results may contain reading errors. Pay particular attention to page numbers, footnotes and flagged text.
Where can I see my balance and invoices?
The Balance and billing page shows your available balance, the amount reserved for running jobs, and your orders. If a payment result is delayed, check the status of the same order.
Balance & invoices →How long are my source files kept?
Source retention periods and deletion options are explained on the privacy page. Download a copy of important outputs to your device.
View retention periods →How do I convert Shamela HTML files to Markdown?
- Open the HTML → Markdown tool from the Tools section of the sidebar. The tool is free for members and uses no credits.
- Add HTML files, a folder or a ZIP archive, and choose the rules for page numbers, footnotes, repeated page headers and vocalization.
- When the conversion finishes, download the result as a ZIP. You can download it as often as you like for 24 hours; after that it is deleted automatically.
Conversion runs on our server without AI, and results are not added to your library. RAR archives are not supported; repack the files as ZIP.
