Service and membership

The service is for users aged 18 or older to perform OCR, transliteration, translation and editing on publications they are authorised to process. Anyone acting for an organisation must have authority to represent it and process the content. Keep account details accurate, protect your password, and report unauthorised access.

Upload authority and content

Upload only books, articles, writings and similar publications that you are authorised to upload and process using OCR, transliteration, translation and APIs.

Identity documents, medical reports, bank statements, personal or organisational invoices and private financial documents, personnel files, private correspondence and confidential content must not be uploaded. Sensitive personal data, professional and state secrets, and payment card or authentication secrets are also excluded. Including these materials in a publication does not make uploading them permissible.

Your rights in documents remain yours. You grant no general right of use beyond storage, conversion, relevant API processing and access for people you authorise as needed to provide the service. We do not sell your documents, publish them for advertising or use them to train our own model. Output does not remove rights in the source or third-party rights.

Credits and job instructions

Packages provide application credits for OCR, transliteration and translation of publications. Adding credits does not start document processing. Credits do not expire, cannot be transferred to another account, used for money transfers or withdrawn as cash. Refund rights are preserved.

The job scope and credit cost are shown before it starts. Unused credits reserved for the job are released. Bonus credits are included in the package total and have no separate cash value.

Processing and sharing

Images, text, prompts and context needed for your selected job may be sent directly to AI model services or through API routing services. You choose whether to share a work; removing access cannot delete a copy someone already downloaded.

Quality, security and termination

AI output can contain errors; check it against the source before use.

Unauthorised content, security violations or disruptive use may be investigated; necessary and proportionate suspension, access restrictions or lawful erasure may follow. Reasons and an appeal route are given where possible. This does not mean all uploads are reviewed in advance; unused credits and mandatory refund rights are not automatically forfeited.

You are responsible for damages legally attributable to your own unlawful or negligent use. This does not transfer the operator's own fault, data protection duties or consumer rights to you. The service does not guarantee indefinite archiving or uninterrupted access; download outputs you need.
